C Style

Our type C Tool Holder Bushings are designed for universal application on all CNC turning machines. These type C bushings adapt to a wide variety of tools such as Boring Bars, Drills, Reamers and Shank type tools.

Z Style

Our type Z Tool Holder Bushings are the most flexible and versatile tool holder bushings for all types of CNC lathe turning centers. The added set screws in the head allow for increased rigidity and insert alignment. The elongated slot gives the user complete interchangeability between all brands of equipment.

B Style

Our type B Tool Holder Bushings integrate a designed split with a flat on the O.D. for use in flexible manufacturing applications. They provide even pressure and maximum grip when clamping on the cutting tool due to their split design. They are used to adapt a wide variety of Boring Bars, Drills, Reamers and Shank type tools.

J Style

Our type J Tool Holder Bushings are designed with a long solid body that has two clearance holes for set screws allowing you to clamp directly onto the tool. They are used to adapt a wide variety of Boring Bars, Drills, Reamers and Shank type tools.

L Style

Our type L Tool Holder Bushings are designed head-less, with set screw clearance holes opposite of the slot, and they integrate a split with a flat on the O.D. They are used to adapt a wide variety of Boring Bars, Drills, Reamers and Shank type tools.

ZS Style

Our type ZS Tool Holder Bushings are a shortened series of the standard Z style bushing. It is designed for shorter applications and is the most flexible and versatile tool holder bushing for all types of CNC lathe turning centers. The added set screws in the head allow for increased rigidity.

CS Style

Our type CS Tool Holder Bushing is a shortened series of the standard C style bushing designed for shorter applications and universal usage on all CNC turning machines. It is used to adapt to a wide variety of Boring Bars, Drills, Reamers and Shank type tools.

LB Style

Our type LB Tool Holder Bushings are designed with a long solid body that has four clearance holes allowing you to clamp directly on the tool with set screws. They feature two notches in the head to allow for coolant nozzle clearance. They are used to adapt a wide variety of Boring Bars, Drills, Reamers and Shank type tools.

LBF Style

Our type LBF Tool Holder Bushings are designed with a flat on the O.D and two set screws used to clamp the cutting tool. Due to the type LBF’s solid construction it works well in coolant through applications. They feature two notches in the head to allow for coolant nozzle clearance.

ZL Style

Our type ZL Tool Holder Bushings are a longer series of the standard Z style tool holder bushing. It is designed for long reach applications and is the most flexible and versatile tool holder bushing for all types of CNC lathe turning centers. The added set screws in the head allow for increased rigidity.

CNL Style

Our type CNL Tool Holder Bushings are a longer series of the standard C style bushings designed to fit the NL series tool blocks. It is used to adapt a wide variety of Boring Bars, Drills, Reamers and Shank type tools.

VDI Style (CV)

Our type CV Tool Holder Bushings are designed with a flat shoulder head and a special length to fit a VDI form B2 boring bar holder. They are used to adapt a wide variety of Boring Bars, Drills, Reamers and Shank type tools.

5C collet Style

Our type 5C Collet Holder Bushings are designed to add flexibility, versatility, and reduce set-up time. Included with the 5C holder is a back locking nut to hold the 5C collet in place. They are used to adapt a wide variety of Drills, Reamers, Counter Bores and end mills.

QTN Style

Our type QTN Tool Holder Bushing is designed to fit your Mazak QTN machine. The 8 hole design allows for precise alignment of the holes with the set screws from the tool block. The added set screws in the head allow for increased rigidity. They are used to adapt a wide variety of Boring Bars, Drills, Reamers and Shank type tools.

V Style

Our type V Tool Holder Bushings are designed with a milled slot in the head for coolant clearance and two flats on the O.D. Due to the type V’s solid construction it works well in coolant through applications. They are used to adapt a wide variety of Boring Bars, Drills, Reamers and Shank type tools. P Style

Our type P Tool Holder Bushings are designed with a milled slot in the head for coolant clearance and two flats on the O.D. Due to the type P’s solid construction it works well in coolant through applications. They are used to adapt a wide variety of Boring Bars, Drills, Reamers and Shank type tools. For Mazak Integrex 50Y machines.

W Style

Our type W Tool Holder Bushings are designed with 3 holes assuring the correct alignment with the set screws from the tool block. They are used to adapt a wide variety of Boring Bars, Drills, Reamers and Shank type tools. For Mazak Integrex 70Y machines.

Q Style

Our type Q Tool Holder Bushings are designed with an elongated slot, flat head, and two flats on the O.D. This allows you to clamp onto the two flats or directly on to the tool. They are used to adapt a wide variety of Boring Bars, Drills, Reamers and Shank type tools. For Mazak Integrex 50Y machines.

CFB Style

Our type CFB “Coolant Fed Bushing” Tool Holder Bushings are designed for applications requiring an external side coolant entry port. They feature two flats on the O.D. and set screws in the head to allowing to clamp directly onto the tool. They are used to adapt a wide variety of Boring Bars, Drills, Reamers and Shank type tools.

VDI Style (BV)

Our type BV Tool Holder Bushings are designed with a flat shoulder head and a special length to fit a VDI form B2 boring bar holder. They are used to adapt a wide variety of Boring Bars, Drills, Reamers and Shank type tools.

NPT Style

Our type NPT Tool Holder Bushings are designed with a threaded hole in the back to allow for internal coolant applications. DD Style

Our type DD “double duty” Tool Holder Bushings are designed as a combination of the industry standard split “B” style tool holder bushing and the “J” set screw clearance style tool holder bushing. They feature a split style with two clearance holes and a flat on the O.D. They are used to adapt a wide variety of Boring Bars, Drills, Reamers and Shank type tools.

After years of Studying and Repairing Live VDI Tooling,Global CNC is Proud to announce the addition of BMT Live Tooling to our product line.We manufacture our BMT Live Tooling Holders entirely in our Michigan Facility. We currently manufacture BMT55 & BMT65 Live Tooling, both in Straight and Right Angle configurations.
